• Attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the Platform's systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or copy data without permission.

Course access is granted after payment confirmation. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

All lessons, videos, scripts, exercises, and branding on the Platform are owned by AI English Academy or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI English Academy is a learning tool and does not guarantee a specific test score, job outcome, or language proficiency result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
